"I wanted to create an album that was a journey. I wanted people to feel like they were witnessing someone go from being self destructive and suicidal to being OK with how life is just enjoying it for the absurdity of it all. Really it was a therapy session for me and each song is a representation of how I was feeling in the process of forcing myself to not be depressed and forcing myself to go with the flow."
